The Royal Mirranu Republic is one of the oldest known races. They, when compared to earth, were in the equivalent of the early 22nd century earth, while European man had not yet discovered North America. Not much is known about there culture, society, or even there space. They keep much of the information to their self, and are really careful about who they give technology to, thus they put very strict security forces on their borders, that, are authorized to use force to keep others out. Not a single ship that has ventured there, to Earth Gov's knowledge has survived. The Mirranu ships, are sleek, beautiful, but very dangerous. Earth Gov made one expedition, consisting of one Carrier Battle Group. The BG were able to get only limited scans, and was completely destroyed, in a matter of minutes.
The Vesudans, had similar contact with the Mirranu, thou a Vesudan Ambassador is allowed in their space, under strict guidelines. The Murac are the only known people who have a free border agreement with the Mirranu, thou still have tight, strict rules, under whom may come across the border.
Earth Gov is pushing for some real diplomatic relations to open up, but they go on to deft ears.
